The Asian Dragon Group Inc. was a precious metals exploration company based in China. The company focused on the acquisition, development and mining of mineral properties, especially in the Xiaoqinling Region.
Asian Dragon created a project by the name of Luogold to focus on acquiring gold projects in the Xiaoqinling Region as well as a former producer known as the Jinjishan Gold Mine located in Luoning County, Henan Province.
After signing a contract with a private Canadian company from Vancouver, the Asian Dragon Group acquired the Jinjishan mining property. Under contract is a mining property as large as 28.3 square kilometers in the northwest part of the County. An Exploration Licence grants access to the area. Located there are lava flows to which numerous gold-silver-polymetallic bearing quartz-carbonate veins are associated.
Mining took place every day by artisanal miners and had an operating 100 ton-per-day mill and flotation plant on site.
